Se desfac fasiile de ceafa afumata si pe fiecare se pune cate un buchetel de conopida si o lingurita de ardei, se ruleaza usor si se prinde ruloul cu o scobitoare.

Se bat bine ouale, se pun cateva linguri de fulgi de mei intr-o farfurie. Fiecare rulou se trece prin oul batut, apoi se trece prin fulgii de mei. Se asaza in tava tapetata cu hartie pentru copt fiecare rulou, se pun si cateva rosioare printre ele, apoi pe fiecare rulou se toarna cate o picatura de ulei de masline si se presara deasupra rozmarin. Se dau la cuptorul deja incins cca. 10 minute pana se rumenesc usor. Sunt delicioase!!

Snitelele in crusta de cartofi pot fi preparate la fel de bine si cu piept de pui si cu file sau cotlet de porc. Vor fi la fel de bune. Au o crusta minunata preparata din cartofi rasi, oua, smantana, faina si cativa catei de usturoi. Eu am folosit smantana fermentata pentru crusta acestor snitele. Se simte ca este putin acrisoara si merge foarte bine cu cartofii si usturoiul. Daca nu va place insa, puteti folosi smatana dulce pentru gatit sau lapte dar va trebui sa ajustati putin cantitatea de faina.
Puteti servi snitelele in crusta de cartofi cu salata, cu garnituri pe baza de orez sau cartofi sau pur si simplu cu paine proaspata de casa.
Noua ne-au placut foarte mult snitelele in crusta de cartofi, dar va trebui sa incerc si o varianta la cuptor. Ai mei s-au indragostit de aceste snitele si va trebui sa le refac curand, dar nu vreau sa le dau prajeli prea des. Chiar daca sunt delicioase :)

Ingrediente necesare pentru a prepara reteta snitele in crusta de cartofi:

- 600gr carne de porc (file sau cotlet)
- 3-4 cartofi (in functie de marime)
- 3 oua
- 200gr smantana fermentata
- 6-7 linguri de faina
- 3-4 catei de usturoi
- salt and pepper to taste

- cateva linguri de faina pentru snitele
- ulei pentru prajit snitelele
