oz cream cheese, softened

(14.5 oz) can Muir Glen™ diced tomatoes, drained

clove garlic, finely chopped

teaspoons Italian seasoning

ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced

cup fresh cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2
cup fresh chopped basil
1
loaf French bread (for dipping)

In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat together cream cheese, diced tomatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Spread into a 9” glass baking dish.

Place mozzarella slices on top. Sprinkle with fresh halved tomatoes.

Bake for 17-23 minutes or until the cheese on top melts and begins to bubble at the edges. Garnish with fresh basil.

Serve with French bread for dipping.
